5th July 2003: Because of some barbarians that cause some damage in bellow mentioned cave we will stop with news about all new discovered caves.
8th June 2003: After seven working actions in the cave which we discovered on 26th April 2003 we entered in a small shaft. After a narrow passage we discovered another schaft and than another one. This last one was a little larger with a chimney of which we could not see the top and is probably parallel to us known shafts. At the bottom of the last shaft we noticed strong draughts. The cave is now more than 30 m deep and there is not the end.
7th June 2003: Just a month ago we went in the cave Belinca where we could see a real disaster. The cave was full of recent signatures and rests of candels. Even if there is a small step to enter the cave the visitors did not care. They used a camion rope to descend into. We remain so shocked that we called the national TV to videotape it. Hoppfully the people will become more aware after seeing those things on TV.

Tomorrow, 22nd March 2003 is the World Water Day. Caves represent the direct connection between surfice and underground water and because of this speleologists have a crucial role in protecting and preserving water. And because we know that the underground is not so clean as it should be we must be very loud in warning people about that. We have the oportunity to change things. It is only on us if we will take it.
We will have a small celebration by the editing of the stamp of cave Vilenica monday, 24. 3. 2003, at 13 p.m. in Vilenica cave. All welcomed.
14th March 2003: We discovered a very interesting shaft at the end of last year. It ends in a small lake 93 m under surface and the water can rise for few meters.
23rd .February 2003: Today we have had an accident in Mrlovo brezno near Sežana. Our good speleologist fall few meters and had a bad landing on his leg. He was scored in hospital in Izola.
This year we will start our speleological school in April. All interested are welcome at our place in Bazoviška cesta in Sežana (old school`s cellar) - every friday after 8 p.m.
President of Speleological group of Sežana, Jordan Guštin, has became a happy father. In this occasion we greats him.
24th January 2003: Today we have started a big project. Our intents are to check all polluted caves in our area and there is really a lot of them (nearlly 100). For each cave we will make a record and in the end we will have a complexe picture of what is hiden in our underground.
The days of 11st and 12nd January 2003 were the days when winter showed what it was made of. All Karst plateau was covered with snow. And even if there was a strong bora speleologists from our group went out in searching for small "breathers"(places with melted snow) which shows us that there is a big cave underground. Our main researching area was around big collapse dolines (Leskovc, Dol, Koblarska) and around village Orlek.
